5 Delicious Healthy Juice Recipes

green juice

Since I had COVID I’ve really been trying to make a more conscious effort with eating more healthily to give my immune system a boost. This also means I’ve been making full use of my Nutribullet and have making some super delicious and healthy juices that I thought I’d share with you all in case you’re in need of some vitamins to get rid of any colds.

Watermelon, Raspberry, & Mango

I literally just had this one and it inspired me to write this post, it’s SO. GOOD. It sort of tastes like a mocktail you’d get on holiday in the Caribbean. It’s super refreshing and the three different fruits taste amaze together.

  • 1 cup of watermelon
  • Small handful of fresh raspberries
  • Half a large mango
  • 1 cup of tap water

The Fruity Green Juice

You’ll need the big cup of the Nutribullet for this one. It makes enough for about 3-4 people, and is probs the most refreshing green juice you can have that isn’t just a whole load of earthy veggies. It does contain spinach and cucumber, but the fruit hides the taste of the veggies!

  • Half a Granny Smith apple
  • Half a kiwi
  • Half an orange
  • Handful of pineapple chunks
  • Big handful of spinach
  • Chunk of cucumber
  • Sprig of mint
  • Squeeze of lime juice from half a lime
  • 2 cups of tap water

Watermelon, Orange, & Kiwi

I loveeee watermelon in the summer, so it’s pretty much a staple in most of the juices I make. This is another really refreshing one, that’s pretty simple to make. Also by using half of the fruit, you can save the other half for a juice the next day 😉

  • 2 cups of watermelon
  • Half an orange
  • Half a kiwi
  • Sprig of mint
  • 1/2 cup of water

Banana, Berry, & Almond

This is an old fave and probably one you’ve had before as it’s so basic, but it tastes amaze. The banana and almond milk make it super creamy, and using frozen berries instead of fresh makes it a thick smoothie.

  • Half a banana
  • Handful of frozen berries
  • 1 cup of almond milk

The Healthy Chocolate Shake

When I was on my ‘under 5g of refined/processed sugar a day’ diet back in June, this was my staple. I used to look forward to this every day, and as it’s made using Cadbury’s premium 100% cocoa powder, it pretty much has zero sugar.

  • 1 large banana
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons of Cadbury’s premium 100% dark cocoa powder
